I wrote another email to customer service about how this is not okay. ![]() Finally she just tells me that they've been having issues with PayPal and that I should have paid in store instead of online and hangs up. We go back and forth with different excuses and every time I dispute it she comes up with another one. She then tries to give me the excuse that the billing information on the card I used wasn't correct but when I inform her that I used paypal she backtracks again. I know this to not be true because they had exactly 1 left in stock and the employee put it in the back for me so that I could come back for it whenever they issued my refund. The customer service woman on the phone tells me the order got cancelled because the store I selected for pick up did not have the product in stock. Two hours later no reply so I decide to call them. I leave and write a long email to customer service and ask why this happened, what do I do from here, and when I'll be getting my money back. They're very sympathetic but say there's nothing they can do. They call their tech support line and that person confirms it's cancelled but they don't know why either. They say I don't have one, I show them a screenshot of the confirmation number, they look it up and say it's been cancelled. Since I didn't notice I went into the store ready to get my order. Didn't notice but an hour later they send me an email saying the order has been cancelled. Chose the option to pick up in store because it showed they had it in stock. Ordered a switch online and paid for it via PayPal. You can contact CS and they can help figure it out/possibly return your points to you.
